Rylind Manufacturing is proud to be the choice of the 2011 Colorado Department of Transportation Loader bid.

Rylind Manufacturing will be equipping a number of Brand New John Deere 624K and 644K Wheel Loaders with Rylind Wedge-loc Couplers, RPD Dozer Snow Plows, General Purpose Buckets, Manual and Hydraulic Adjustable Forks.  We will also continue to update CDOT’s fleet with new Deere 772G & GP Series Motor Graders as well as Volvo G940B Motor Graders with our Severe Duty RPD Dozer/Plow, Parallel Lift Groups, and our completely Bolt-On Ripper Mount 12’ Hydraulic Snow Wings.

Colorado Department of Transportation has been using Rylind Attachments for many years in some of the Rocky Mountains harshest conditions and we are proud to be able to fulfill their needs with quality equipment that can hold up to the tough conditions.

Rylind Roll Out Buckets are designed to be used in material that weighs 1800# per cubic yard or less allowing you, in most cases, to double the size of your stock bucket increasing your productivity.

A custom built plow for a dealer in Germany. This plow is built on our MDP platform but has an extreme snow flair for easier snow clearing.

Built for one of our dealers in Augsburg Germany, this plow is 11′ wide 42″ tall at the center hinge pin and then extends to 70″ tall on the outer snow flairs. This custom design plow uses the same replacement parts as our MDP Series Snow Plows including; re-packable cylinders, center hinge nose guard, 3/4×8 B/O Cutting Edges, 3″ Center Hinge Pin with gusset reinforcement, and dual flow control valves for cylinder protection from pressure spikes. Optional mushroom skid shoes, Nitrogen Accumulators, and a Hydraulic/Electric selector valves for graders or loaders needing to split a single 3rd function valve into two operations are available.

Rylind Wedge-loc Coupler, Pin-loc Coupler, Parallel Lift Group, Pin-on Mounts, JRB, Volvo, Deere, CAT, ACS, and many other coupler systems are available on all attachments.

A smaller version of our Standard MDP plow. Our SMDP is built for 1-2 yard loaders and smaller motor graders giving customers greater versatility and year long work with their equipment.

Perfect for Smaller Wheel Loader, Loader Backhoes, and Motor Graders it operates exactly like our heavier MDP plows just scaled down for smaller equipment. Standard widths of 8′, 9′, 10′, and 12′ with a 36″ tall moldboard, and a heavy duty 2″ center hinge pin. Tapered extended snow shields and cross over relief valves are standard equipment. Two open auxiliary ports required for operation, Rylind can provide a hydraulic split valve if needed.

This was built for Rowand Machinery and is our Rylind RPD Snow Plow with custom bolt-on box plow ends for Airport snow removal. We also added safety marker lights and flood lighting for use on an the airport runways.

This is a 16′ wide plow that was built for the Shoshone County Airport per their specs. There are bolt-on removable side plates so they can have an angle plow and a box plow snow pusher in one. Since the plow is 16′ wide they wanted Amber and Red Marker lights on the ends for safety visibility. They also requested flood lights to illuminate the snow plowing path ahead of them with guards to shine a knife edge light pattern down the runway. All the lighting was wired using a 6-wire round trailer plug that can plug directly into the loader to run the lights. Carbide insert cutting edges were also added for extra long plow blade life while removing snow from runways and the surrounding tarmac and parking lots.
